Maureen got involved with the Stories to Save Lives event after her friend Rick, who had survived Esophageal Cancer, asked her to help out by Co-Chairing the event. Now that she has met all of the great people who are working with ECAN and has learned more about the links between EC and heartburn, she is thrilled to be a part of the effort to raise money and awareness for such a worthy cause.
